Undercover Operation at TCS in Nashik Leads to Arrests

For almost a month, undercover police officers operated discreetly within a TCS BPO unit in Nashik, posing as housekeeping staff. Their objective was to monitor daily interactions and gather information to report to their superiors.

This covert operation, which began in February after authorities received a tip about questionable activities in the workplace, has now resulted in nine FIRs (First Information Reports) and multiple serious allegations. Seven employees, including a senior HR official, have been arrested.

The investigation is expanding, uncovering serious issues such as allegations of sexual harassment, coercion, and attempts to manipulate religious practices within the workplace.
