Luv Ranjan and his well-known production company, Luv Films, have exciting plans for 2026. They will kick off the year with Vadh 2, which is the follow-up to the popular film Vadh from 2022. Both films feature the talented actors Sanjay Mishra and Neena Gupta. Additionally, Ranjan is preparing for a thrilling new movie that includes big stars like Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt, and Tamannaah Bhatia.
In a recent interview, Luv Ranjan shared details about this upcoming project. There are talks that the film might be called Ranger, but he mentioned that this title is still just a working title. “We’re still thinking about the right name,” he said with a laugh. The film’s release is planned for December 4, and Ranjan confirmed, “Yes, it’s true that it would release on December 4.”
Ranjan expressed his excitement about the collaboration between Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt, noting that despite their many years in the industry, they have never worked together in an action film. “It’s quite surprising, but now we’ll get to see them in this genre for the first time,” he added.
While Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt have appeared together in films like the romantic saga Mehbooba and several comedies including Hum Kisise Kum Nahin and All The Best, this new film will mark their first action-packed performance alongside each other.
In addition to Ranger, Luv Films is also working on Cocktail 2, featuring Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, and Rashmika Mandanna. Ranjan mentioned that the production is progressing well under the direction of the talented Homi Adajania.
