Veteran producer and real estate mogul Anand Pandit shares a deep bond with the Bachchan family, particularly with Amitabh Bachchan. Pandit often expresses his vision of including Amitabh in all his cinematic endeavors. He has previously collaborated with Abhishek Bachchan in the successful film “The Big Bull” and has recently made exciting news in both the real estate and film sectors.
Pandit’s company, Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Limited, known for luxury and high-end properties in Mumbai, is now branching out to GIFT City in Gandhinagar. A notable aspect of this venture is a profit-sharing agreement with Abhishek Bachchan. “He is a close friend and confidante,” says Anand Pandit, who serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of Sri Lotus.
This marks the company’s first project in Gujarat, which will include upscale residential units, high-quality office spaces, and retail outlets. The initiative will be executed through a subsidiary called Rise Root Projects Pvt. Ltd., in collaboration with Abhishek under a mutual profit-sharing deal.
The project is quite ambitious, featuring over 1 million square feet of space. This also marks Abhishek’s debut in real estate development. “We are thrilled to partner with Abhishek, whose sharp understanding of business aligns perfectly with our vision. We aim to establish a strong foothold in this emerging real estate market,” Pandit adds.
This development is poised to meet the rising demand from financial institutions, fintech companies, and IT service providers. With Anand Pandit’s impressive record of timely project completion, the new venture is expected to be finished in about four years. The development agreement was officially registered by Mr. Rajesh Yadav, Managing Director of ABCL.
