Exciting News for Film Lovers: “Saali Mohabbat” Set to Premiere on ZEE5
After captivating audiences at several film festivals, “Saali Mohabbat” is ready to make its debut on ZEE5 later this year. This much-anticipated film is directed by Tisca Chopra and features an impressive cast, including Radhika Apte, Divyenndu Sharma, Anurag Kashyap, Anshumaan Pushkar, Sauraseni Maitra, and Sharat Saxena.
Produced by Jio Studios and Manish Malhotra’s Stage5 Production, this thriller-drama marks Manish’s first venture into film production. The film blends his distinctive style with a powerful and emotional storyline. “Saali Mohabbat” is ZEE5’s fourth collaboration with Jio Studios, following successful projects such as “Hisaab Barabar” and “Mrs.” The film also sees Radhika Apte returning to ZEE5 after her acclaimed role in “Mrs. Undercover.”
Having already premiered at IFFI last year and the Chicago South Asian Film Festival this year, “Saali Mohabbat” invites viewers into a story where love intertwines with obsession and hidden secrets come to light. The narrative follows Smita (played by Radhika Apte), a typical small-town housewife, whose ordinary life spirals into a complex web of infidelity and deceit, revealing the darker sides of human relationships.
