Panvel, strategically located along the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and the Panvel-Karjat railway line, is rapidly developing into a significant residential and commercial center. With numerous IT parks, schools, and industrial areas, it is attracting both professionals and families. The piece of land bought by Sonu and Eshaan measures approximately 0.0650 hectares (around 777 square yards) and involved a stamp duty of Rs. 6.3 lakh, along with registration fees of Rs. 30,000.
In addition to this land purchase, Eshaan Sood recently acquired an apartment in Andheri West, Mumbai, for Rs. 2.6 crore. This apartment features a RERA carpet area of 83.61 square meters (roughly 900 square feet) and a built-up space of 100.37 square meters (about 1,080 square feet). The deal for this apartment incurred a stamp duty of Rs. 15.60 lakh and a registration cost of Rs. 30,000.
