Actor Mandana Karimi, recognized for her role in “Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3,” has shared that she was recently hospitalized due to exhaustion, dehydration, and stress. She took to Instagram on Tuesday to discuss her health struggles and the impact of her busy lifestyle.
In her post, Mandana reflected on the relentless pace of her life, mentioning the long flights, late nights, and constant meetings she had been juggling. She stated, “I’ve been on the move for days and months, chasing deadlines and dreams. But on Friday, my body finally said, ‘not today.’ What felt alarming turned out to be just my body’s way of signaling that I was overwhelmed.”
Despite reassuring news from her medical tests confirming her heart and overall health were fine, Mandana recognized that she had been neglecting her well-being. She expressed gratitude to her body, saying, “I’ve been running on adrenaline, pushing too hard and ignoring all the signs. I thank my heart for enduring all this time and forgiving me for not slowing down.”
She emphasized the significance of self-care, reminding her followers that true strength comes not just from pushing through tough times but also from taking time to pause and appreciate one’s health. “To my heart and my body: I see you. I appreciate you. I promise to take better care,” she affirmed.
Mandana, who gained fame through her film roles and appearances on reality television, has been mostly absent from the big screen lately. Her last project was the film “Thar,” which was released on Netflix in 2022.
