ExchangeRight Welcomes Jeff Noblin as Senior Vice President for South Central Region
ExchangeRight has exciting news: Jeff Noblin is joining the team as the senior vice president responsible for the South Central region. In his new position, Noblin will work closely with financial advisors and representatives in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. His goal is to strengthen partnerships and offer access to ExchangeRight’s Essential Income REIT and 1031 DST portfolios, which aim to provide capital preservation, stable income, and tax-efficient solutions.
Noblin comes with over 25 years of experience in wealth management. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with financial advisors and institutions to find alternative investment strategies that focus on long-term value. He holds a Series 7 license and earned an MBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.
