In a moving appeal, television and film star Ankita Lokhande has taken to social media to inform the public about the troubling disappearance of two young girls linked to her household. She shared that Saloni, the daughter of her house help Kanta, and her friend Neha have been missing since 10 am on July 31. They were last spotted in the Vakola area of Mumbai.

Ankita expressed her deep concern in an emotional post on Instagram, which quickly garnered attention as friends and fans began sharing her message. She wrote, “Kanta’s daughter Saloni and her friend Neha have been missing since July 31, 10 am. They were last seen near Vakola. An FIR has already been filed at Malvani Police Station, but we still don’t know where they are. They’re not just part of our home – they’re family.”

The actress urged local residents and authorities to help in their search by tagging the Mumbai Police and using the hashtag #Mumbaikars. “We are extremely worried and kindly ask everyone, especially @mumbaipolice and #Mumbaikars, to help spread the word and assist in any way to bring them back safely. If anyone has any information, please reach out immediately or report to the nearest police station,” she added.

Ankita’s post has sparked widespread concern and support, with many users resharing her appeal and tagging relevant police departments. An FIR has been lodged at Malvani Police Station, and efforts are ongoing to locate the missing girls, but there have been no significant updates so far.

Known for her roles in popular shows like “Pavitra Rishta” and the film “Manikarnika,” Ankita is advocating for quicker action and raising awareness about this urgent situation. Her efforts not only highlight the plight of the two young girls but also emphasize the role of public figures in supporting community issues.
