Bihar SIR Update: 90.84% Enumeration Forms Submitted with 10 Days Remaining
The Election Commission of India (ECI) has reported that with just 10 days to go before the deadline for submitting Enumeration Forms (EFs) in the Bihar Special Initiative for Restoration (SIR), a substantial 90.84% of the forms have been collected. Out of a total of 7,89,69,844 registered voters in Bihar, 6,81,67,861 forms have been successfully submitted, representing 86.32% of the electorate.
This impressive participation includes adjustments for those who have passed away, those who have moved permanently, and individuals registered in multiple locations. As the July 25 deadline approaches, there remains 9.16% of electors who need to submit their forms. The ECI is urging these voters to complete the process promptly to ensure smooth electoral operations.
