Prime Video to Launch Original Series “Rangeen” on July 25

Prime Video has announced that its new original series, “Rangeen,” will premiere globally on July 25. Created by Amardeep Galsin and Amir Rizvi, the series is directed by Kopal Naithani and Pranjal Dua, and produced by Kabir Khan and Rajan Kapoor.

“Rangeen” is a mix of humor and deep emotion, featuring a talented cast that includes Viineet Kumar Singh, Rajshri Deshpande, Taaruk Raina, and Sheeba Chaddha. The story revolves around Adarsh, a straightforward man whose life takes a dramatic turn when he learns about his wife Naina’s infidelity. This leads to a series of humorous yet touching events as Adarsh embarks on a journey to reevaluate his views on love, masculinity, and morality.

Nikhil Madhok, head of Originals at Prime Video India, described “Rangeen” as a unique relationship drama that captures the emotional complexities often found in relationships. He emphasized the series’ mix of humor and depth, highlighting the engaging performances and storytelling that aim to connect with audiences in India and beyond.

Producer Kabir Khan expressed excitement about telling a story that addresses the often-complicated nature of human relationships. He explained that the series combines clever humor with sincere emotion, making it both thought-provoking and enjoyable.

Directors Kopal Naithani and Pranjal Dua also shared their vision for “Rangeen,” emphasizing its focus on vulnerability and identity. They believe the series will resonate with viewers for its fresh take on emotional truths while challenging societal norms.

“Rangeen” is set to make a global impact with its premiere on July 25, promising a captivating viewing experience.
