Sohail Khan Leases Shop in Bandra for ₹10.3 Crore Over Five Years
Bollywood actor Sohail Khan has entered into a lease agreement for a shop located in the Bandra area of Mumbai. The lease is with The Irish House Food and Beverages Private Limited, with the monthly rent set at ₹16.89 lakh. The official registration of this agreement took place in March 2025, as per documents obtained from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR).
Bandra is renowned for its vibrant atmosphere, blending historic buildings with modern amenities. The neighborhood is home to numerous Bollywood stars, upscale boutiques, restaurants, and lifestyle venues. Its excellent connectivity through various transport routes, including the Western Express Highway and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link, makes it a prime location for both residents and businesses.
The shop, situated in Gasper Enclave, spans approximately 1,290.57 square feet (or 119.88 square meters). The lease agreement involved additional expenses such as a stamp duty of ₹2,67,000 and registration fees of ₹1,000, along with a security deposit of ₹60 lakh.
Analysis from Square Yards indicates that the five-year rental agreement includes a structured rent increase. The initial rent of ₹16,89,000 per month will rise to ₹17,73,450 in the last two years of the lease. Interestingly, this shop was originally purchased by Khan in April 2009 for ₹3.11 crore.
Sohail Khan is a well-known figure in Bollywood, cherished for his roles as an actor and producer.
