The beloved classic Andaz Apna Apna, released in 1994, is making a much-anticipated return to cinemas. Fans of the film are buzzing with excitement, especially with stars Salman Khan and Aamir Khan set to grace the big screen again in their iconic comedic roles. This re-release coincides with the movie’s 30th anniversary, as announced by the family of the late producer Vinay Sinha. They revealed that the film will hit theaters on April 25, 2025.

Namrata, Priti, and Amod Sinha, Vinay’s children, shared the release date in an interview, expressing their delight over the actors’ recent comments about potentially working on a sequel to Andaz Apna Apna. "Aamir bhai mentioned that Salman sir and he are interested in creating a sequel. We are excited and will begin talks with them right after the re-release on April 25," they said.

The Sinha siblings noted that discussions with director Rajkumar Santoshi about a sequel had been ongoing for years, even during their father’s lifetime, but nothing has been finalized yet. They assured that an official announcement would come once conversations with both actors and the director reached a conclusion and a solid script is ready.

Andaz Apna Apna also features well-known actors like Raveena Tandon, Karisma Kapoor, and Paresh Rawal, among others. The anticipation for the re-release is heightened as the trailer is set to drop tomorrow, April 1.

On the same day as Andaz Apna Apna‘s return, Emraan Hashmi’s action-packed thriller Ground Zero will also release, creating a noteworthy box office clash. Additionally, the Chinese film Ne Zha 2, which has seen incredible success worldwide, will debut in India on the same date, further intensifying the competition at cinemas.

With two significant films opening on April 25, it’s shaping up to be an exciting day for moviegoers.
