TV actor Aman Jaiswal, well-known for his role in the popular series Dhartiputra Nandini, sadly lost his life in a road accident in Jogeshwari West, Mumbai, yesterday. Reports suggest that he was hit by a truck while riding his motorcycle on one of the city’s busy roads, resulting in his tragic and unexpected death.
The incident took place around 3:15 PM on Hill Park Road. According to police reports, the truck driver struck Jaiswal as he was navigating the road. He was quickly taken to the trauma ward at Cama Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. The truck and its driver have since been taken into police custody, and a case has been filed at the Amboli police station.
Dhiraj Mishra, the writer of Dhartiputra Nandini, shared that Aman was on his way to an audition when the collision occurred on the Jogeshwari highway.
In his final Instagram post, Jaiswal reflected on his journey in Dhartiputra Nandini, mentioning the challenges he faced in pursuing an acting career, especially from his family.
Originally from Balia, Uttar Pradesh, Aman Jaiswal gained recognition through his leading role in Dhartiputra Nandini. He began his career as a model and also appeared in the popular series Udaariyaan, which was produced by Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta.
In addition to his notable roles, he played Yashwant Rao Phanse in the Sony TV series Punyashlok Ahilyabai, which aired from January 2021 to October 2023. The news of his passing has left a significant impact on his fans and the television community.
