Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has officially announced his retirement from all forms of international cricket. He shared this significant decision during a press conference alongside captain Rohit Sharma at the Gabba in Brisbane, stating that today marks his final day as an Indian cricketer.
“I believe this is my last day playing for India at the international level. While I still feel I have more to offer as a player, I want to focus on club-level cricket now. I’ve truly enjoyed my time and made countless memories with Rohit and my teammates,” Ashwin expressed during the event.
