Actress Radhika Apte has embarked on an exciting new journey as she welcomed her first child, a baby girl, with her husband, Benedict Taylor. The actress had kept her pregnancy private, but recently surprised her fans by sharing a heartwarming photo of herself with her newborn. The picture, posted on December 13, shows Radhika breastfeeding her little one during a work meeting, just a week after giving birth.
In her post, Radhika expressed her joy, stating, “First work meeting back after birth with our one-week-old at my breast #breastfeeding #mothersatwork #averybeautifulchapter #bliss @benedmusic.” Although Radhika hadn’t officially confirmed her baby’s arrival, a comment from her friend Sarah Afzal hinted at the birth of a baby girl.
Radhika first revealed her pregnancy at the BFI London Film Festival, where she proudly displayed her baby bump. In a previous interview, she mentioned that she and her husband hadn’t originally planned on having children and that she felt a bit of denial about her pregnancy for a couple of weeks.
Despite the major life change of becoming a mother, Radhika has jumped back into her work with enthusiasm. She is currently involved in a project titled Sister Midnight, directed by Karan Kandhari, which is already generating excitement among fans.
