Reflecting on the nation’s historical achievements, Pakistan had previously eliminated Guinea-Worm disease back in 1997. The successful eradication of trachoma signifies not merely an endpoint but heralds the dawn of further accomplishments on the horizon.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif remarked, “Today signifies a transformative juncture in our pursuit of a healthier Pakistan.
