Last week, Salman Khan’s long-anticipated movie, Sikandar, hit theaters but didn’t live up to the expectations of many fans. Instead of supporting him, a number of his loyal followers took to social media, expressing their disappointment in both Sikandar and his more recent films. They created trends on X (formerly known as Twitter) in hopes that Salman would take notice of their concerns. Fortunately, their message reached him, and a meeting took place yesterday where some fans had the opportunity to speak with the star.

In an exclusive look into the meeting, attendees included Salman Khan himself, along with his manager Jordy Patel and business head Vikram Tanwar. During the gathering, fans candidly shared their frustrations regarding Sikandar and how they felt Salman’s recent projects haven’t met their expectations. They also detailed their online campaigns, demonstrating just how much they care about Salman and want him to make better choices in his film career.

One source shared that Salman was genuinely touched by the outpouring of support from his fans. He admitted that he had sensed something was off about Sikandar from the start, acknowledging that it didn’t reflect the quality one would expect from a big film. Salman assured everyone present that he would consider their wishes and focus on selecting films that would delight his audience.

Fans also voiced complaints not only about the content of Sikandar but also about its marketing strategies. They expressed disappointment over how the film was leaked on its release day and felt that the production team did not take their concerns seriously. Additionally, some fans were upset by disrespectful comments made on social media by someone in the production team, which they brought to Salman’s attention.

The fans urged Salman to collaborate with directors like Kabir Khan and Ali Abbas Zafar, who have previously delivered successful films for him. They suggested that just as Pooja Dadlani acts as a liaison for Shah Rukh Khan, Salman should have someone on his team dedicated to keeping him updated on fan feedback and concerns while also conveying his messages back to them.

The meeting, which lasted about an hour, showcased a rare moment of a major star taking the time to connect with his fans and address their worries. Salman Khan’s willingness to listen and adapt shows his commitment to his supporters. Many believe that with this approach, he will surely make a strong comeback in his upcoming projects. Only time will tell, but fans are hopeful for what’s next.
