Former Indian cricket captain MS Dhoni has made a trip to Mussoorie to celebrate the wedding of Rishabh Pant’s sister, Sakshi. The Pant family is currently enjoying the wedding festivities as Sakshi prepares to marry businessman Ankit Chaudhary.
On March 11, 2025, MS Dhoni was spotted at Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun, accompanied by his family. He sported a casual black T-shirt paired with cream-colored trousers. More cricketers are expected to join the celebrations in Mussoorie in the days ahead.
Dhoni had previously attended Sakshi’s engagement ceremony in 2024, which took place in London. Sakshi and Ankit, who have been together for nine years, are now ready to start this new chapter in their lives.
Meanwhile, Dhoni has been busy training at the Chennai Super Kings academy in preparation for the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. He has been gearing up for the season alongside several teammates, including the newly signed Rahul Tripathi.
Rishabh Pant returned from Dubai for his sister’s wedding after celebrating India’s victory in the Champions Trophy. The Indian team clinched their second ICC title in two years by defeating New Zealand in a thrilling final. Although Rishabh was part of the squad, he did not play in the tournament, as KL Rahul was selected to take the field and performed exceptionally well in both the semi-final and final matches.
