Tragic Loss of Indian Student in U.S. Car Accident

Navya Gadusu, a 25-year-old Indian student studying in the United States, sadly lost her life in a car accident in Indiana, near Chicago, on May 16, 2026. This tragic event came shortly after she completed her master’s degree.

Hailing from a humble farming family in India, Navya chased her dreams overseas with the support of her parents, who made significant sacrifices, including pledging their small piece of land to finance her education.

Her untimely passing has left her parents and younger sister heartbroken, facing both emotional and financial challenges.

Friends remember Navya fondly, describing her as a kind and hardworking individual who was always there to support others in tough times.

Now, her family is struggling with the heavy costs associated with bringing her body back to India, as well as funeral expenses and other urgent necessities during this difficult time.

In light of this devastating loss, friends, well-wishers, and community members are being asked for support to help Navya’s family. Every prayer, share, and contribution will make a meaningful impact as they navigate this heartbreaking ordeal.
