SOBRsafe and Clean World Ventures Plan to Join Forces

Denver, CO / ACCESS Newswire / April 30, 2026 – SOBRsafe, Inc. (Nasdaq:SOBR), known for its innovative alcohol monitoring technology, is set to merge with Clean World Ventures, Inc. (CWV). This business combination aims to leverage both companies’ strengths, with CWV focusing on zero-carbon green energy solutions.

Clean World Ventures is a company that designs and manufactures systems for generating green hydrogen and clean electricity. Their technology is particularly valuable for businesses like AI data centers that require reliable energy sources. CWV’s solutions provide independent energy production, which can significantly reduce reliance on traditional power grids.

The upcoming merger will lead to the creation of customized energy systems that are fully self-sustaining and carbon-free. These systems will utilize materials such as scrap aluminum and wastewater, turning waste into clean energy.

Once the deal is finalized, CWV is expected to own around 98% of the merged entity, while SOBRsafe will maintain operations as a separate unit. SOBRsafe will continue to explore ways to maximize the value of its alcohol monitoring technology.

Roy DiBenerdini, CEO of Clean World Ventures, emphasized the rising global need for reliable clean energy, particularly with the growing demand from data centers and AI applications. He sees this merger as a strategic move to innovate and expand their market reach.

David Gandini, CEO of SOBRsafe, highlighted the importance of the merger in addressing the urgent need for sustainable energy solutions. He believes that this partnership aligns with their mission and will enhance value for shareholders.

The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, pending regulatory and shareholder approvals. Essential financing for SOBRsafe is already in progress, ensuring support for its operations during the transition.

In conclusion, this merger represents a significant step towards creating a greener energy landscape, showcasing collaboration between advanced technology in alcohol detection and sustainable energy solutions.
