Exams can bring a lot of stress to families. With the exam season approaching, many parents feel the pressure to push their children to perform well. To address this situation, Nick India and Ananya Panday’s initiative, So Positive, is aimed at reducing exam stress in fun and simple ways.

This initiative is part of Nick India’s ongoing campaign called “Pressure Ko Bolo Bye.” It encourages parents to help their children by focusing on their unique talents and learning styles, thereby boosting their confidence rather than comparing them to others. Ananya hopes to foster more open conversations about emotional health among kids and their families, making it easier for them to express their feelings.

To bring this message to life, Ananya held a creative event with Nick’s characters Chikoo and Bunty. During the activity, kids wrote their exam worries on balloons and then popped them. This fun exercise turned invisible stress into something visual that they could share and let go of. Ananya’s involvement aimed to normalize the conversation around exam-related stress and show that small changes can make a significant impact.

Ananya shared her thoughts on the initiative, saying, “Almost every student faces exam pressure, but it doesn’t define who they are. I learned that stepping back, taking a breath, and reminding yourself that exams are just one part of a larger journey can help. I appreciate that Nick’s Pressure Ko Bolo Bye initiative encourages open discussions about stress and promotes healthier ways to cope. Simple actions, like pausing or sharing feelings, can really help.”

As exam stress is gaining national attention through programs like Pariksha Pe Charcha, this initiative brings the focus back to families and children. Nick India looks to continue encouraging open conversations to help families face exams with more ease and confidence.
