New Physical Therapy Facility Coming to Sparta

SPARTA, Wis. — JRG Ventures, LLC has unveiled plans for a new physical therapy center aimed at enhancing access to vital health and wellness services in the Coulee Region. This facility is expected to provide essential physical and mental health support for families in the area.

The new building will cover 11,385 square feet and will be situated in the South Pointe Business Park, conveniently located off I-90 in Sparta. Adapt Physical Therapy & Fitness will be the primary tenant, utilizing about 7,500 square feet of the space. The remaining area will be available for lease, catering to local healthcare providers, wellness practitioners, and disability support organizations.

Jacob Graboski, the owner of JRG Ventures, shared his excitement about the project. “This initiative reflects our goal of building a healthier community by improving access to essential services,” he stated. “We aim to create a centralized location where organizations focused on physical health, mental wellness, and disability support can work together to meet the diverse needs of the Coulee Region.”

The facility is slated for completion in late fall 2026. Organizations interested in leasing space are encouraged to reach out to JRG Ventures, LLC for more information.
