Certis Appoints New Chief Technology Officer to Boost Innovation

SINGAPORE, Oct. 28, 2025 — Certis, a leading provider of integrated security and operations solutions, has announced the appointment of Mr. Yeo Teck Guan as its new Group Chief Technology Officer (GCTO). Mr. Yeo will officially join the company on November 3, 2025, as Certis looks to enhance its technology capabilities, particularly in artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, and smart orchestration.

This move comes as part of Certis’ strategy to deepen its technological expertise, following significant investments in tech talent and infrastructure over the past year. Mr. Yeo brings over 30 years of experience in digital transformation and IT strategy from various sectors including manufacturing, finance, and public services. His most recent role was Chief Business Technology Officer at Singapore Pools, where he successfully led major modernization projects and initiatives in AI and automation, while also improving cybersecurity measures and customer engagement.

Before his tenure at Singapore Pools, Mr. Yeo held senior technology positions at Goodyear and Ness Technologies, contributing to transformation initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of London and has completed executive training in digital transformation and leadership at INSEAD.

“I’m thrilled to join Certis and collaborate with our teams to accelerate innovation and enhance our use of AI and robotics,” said Mr. Yeo. “Together, we can leverage technology to create a safer and smarter world.”

In the past year, Certis has made strides in its technology goals by growing its AI and robotics teams and forming partnerships with universities and other organizations to foster innovation in security and operational management. The company has also expanded its robotics capability by introducing humanoid and quadruped robots to assist in security and inspection roles, partnering with leading robotics firms along the way.
