Tragic Stabbing Incident in Indore Results in Builder’s Death
Indore: A late-night fight in the Malharganj area ended in tragedy when a local builder, Ankit Rathore, was stabbed to death. The incident occurred on Friday, and it appears to be linked to a previous argument.
According to police sources, the conflict began days earlier when Ankit allegedly slapped a man named Lallu Pandit during a heated exchange. Feeling aggrieved, Lallu, accompanied by his associate Raju Pandit, confronted Ankit again that night. In the ensuing altercation, Lallu attacked Ankit with a knife.
Witnesses reported seeing Ankit sustain multiple stab wounds, and he was quickly taken to a hospital by bystanders. Sadly, doctors pronounced him dead when he arrived.
Police were notified and quickly arrived at the scene, sealing off the area. Virendra Kushwah, the police station in-charge of Malharganj, confirmed that both individuals accused in the stabbing live in the same neighborhood. Authorities have begun searching for the suspects at their homes and other potential hideouts. They are also investigating whether the killing is related to a dispute concerning a nearby temple.
Ankit was married only two years ago and leaves behind his wife, a sister, and a brother. The community is reeling from this shocking event as they mourn the loss of a young man whose life was cut short.
