Indian actor Sonu Sood and his son, Eshaan Sood, have made headlines with their recent property purchase in the Panvel Taluka area, acquiring land valued at Rs. 1.05 crore. This transaction, completed in October 2025, has been confirmed through property registration documents.

Panvel, strategically located along the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and the Panvel-Karjat railway line, is rapidly developing into a significant residential and commercial center. With numerous IT parks, schools, and industrial areas, it is attracting both professionals and families. Upcoming infrastructure projects, such as the Navi Mumbai International Airport, are further enhancing the area’s appeal, making it a vibrant real estate market.

The piece of land bought by Sonu and Eshaan measures approximately 0.0650 hectares (around 777 square yards) and involved a stamp duty of Rs. 6.3 lakh, along with registration fees of Rs. 30,000.

In addition to this land purchase, Eshaan Sood recently acquired an apartment in Andheri West, Mumbai, for Rs. 2.6 crore. This apartment features a RERA carpet area of 83.61 square meters (roughly 900 square feet) and a built-up space of 100.37 square meters (about 1,080 square feet). The deal for this apartment incurred a stamp duty of Rs. 15.60 lakh and a registration cost of Rs. 30,000.

Sonu Sood is widely recognized for his versatile acting skills and strong presence in both Bollywood and South Indian films. He began his career in the early 2000s and has quickly gained fame for his diverse roles, ranging from antagonists to heroic figures. Beyond his acting credentials, Sood has earned accolades for his humanitarian efforts, especially during the COVID-19 crisis, where he helped many people return to their homes. His commitment to social causes and fitness has solidified his reputation as a role model on and off the screen.
