Ananya Panday Makes Waves in Fashion as She Joins BoF 500 Class of 2025

Ananya Panday, a rising star in Bollywood, has been named in the esteemed Business of Fashion 500 Class of 2025, making her the only Indian actress to receive this honor this year. This annual list recognizes key figures who are influencing the global fashion scene, alongside well-known names like Hailey Bieber and Zoë Kravitz.

Having joined the ranks of celebrated Indian personalities previously acknowledged, such as Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Deepika Padukone, Ananya is carving out a significant space for herself in the fashion world. She has already made history as Chanel’s first Indian brand ambassador and has collaborated with luxury brands like Jimmy Choo. Sharing her excitement on Instagram, Ananya expressed that she was “honored” to be included in the BoF 500 list.

In addition to her fashion endeavors, Ananya has been making strides in her acting career. She debuted with Student of the Year 2 and achieved notable success with films like Pati Patni Aur Woh. Her role in Gehraiyaan was praised for its depth, and Kho Gaye Hum Kahan struck a chord with younger viewers. More recently, she has taken on newer projects like CTRL and the web series Call Me Bae, allowing her to explore modern storytelling.

Looking ahead, Ananya has an exciting lineup of films. Among them are Dharma Productions’ Chand Mera Dil, where she stars alongside Lakshya, and Tu Mera Main Teri Main Teri Tu Mera featuring Kartik Aaryan, directed by Sameer Vidwans. She will also reprise her role in Call Me Bae for its second season on Amazon Prime Video.

Earlier this year, Ananya was also recognized in Forbes Asia’s 30 Under 30 list, further bolstering her international profile. With her recent inclusion in the Business of Fashion 500, she continues to blend her efforts in both cinema and fashion, gaining visibility on a global scale while staying rooted in her home market.
