New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared a new video on Thursday after Parliament passed the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026. He regarded this as a significant advancement in creating a more trustworthy exam system and tackling the issue of exam paper leaks.
In his social media message, PM Modi stated, “Friends, we are taking steady steps to establish a reliable examination system. This includes forming special task forces, creating fast-track courts, and listening to suggestions from various states.”
He addressed the persistent issue of paper leaks, noting, “Governments at both state and national levels have faced this challenge for decades. Because of this, our children’s future has also been endangered.”
The Prime Minister emphasized the urgent need for reforms in the education sector, along with increased use of technology. He stated, “Reforming the education system is crucial at both Centre and state levels. We must leverage technology effectively. We will not tolerate any groups or gangs that compromise the future of our children.”
He reiterated the need for stronger laws on this matter. Highlighting the recent legislative changes, PM Modi expressed pride in fulfilling a promise made to the public. “We introduced this Bill in Parliament, and it has been thoroughly discussed by both Houses. Today, we achieved the passage of this Bill which includes strict legal measures.”
He described this legislative success as a key milestone, stating, “This marks a crucial step toward building a trustworthy examination system. Our efforts will persist, and we will not allow this issue to linger.”
In closing, PM Modi called on citizens to unite in the journey toward a developed India, saying, “With this confidence, let’s take strides together to realize the dream of a developed nation. Thank you very much.”
