Disha Patani Leases Out Luxury Apartment in Khar West

Actor Disha Patani has made headlines again with a significant real estate move, leasing her upscale apartment in Mumbai’s Khar West area. The apartment, which has a monthly rent of ₹2.85 lakhs, was officially leased on June 1, 2026, and the agreement spans two years.

Located in Rustomjee Paramount, a well-known residential complex, the apartment features over 1,000 square feet of space and is situated on one of the upper floors of the building.

The tenant, Kamlaben Mangalbhai Gujjar, has paid a security deposit of ₹8.55 lakhs, which covers three months of rent. The lease agreement also includes a clause for rent adjustments, with the monthly amount set to increase by 5% after the first year, raising it to approximately ₹2.99 lakhs for the second year.

Over the duration of the two-year lease, the apartment is expected to generate close to ₹71 lakhs in rental income.

On the work front, Disha is looking forward to the release of her upcoming film Welcome To The Jungle, directed by Ahmed Khan. This comedy, featuring an ensemble cast, is set to hit theaters on June 26.
