Amid a legal dispute between Puja Films and Tips Films, the latter has recently released a clarification about their upcoming film, Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai. Speculations have been circulating in entertainment circles regarding whether this legal issue might affect the film’s release or its content.

In an official statement, the creators of Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai addressed these rumors directly. They said, “We are aware that there are ongoing discussions about our film.” The statement emphasized that the film is an original story, dismissing any claims of it bearing similarities to other productions. “Tips, along with Ramesh Taurani, David Dhawan, and the entire cast and crew, would like to confirm that this film features a unique story and screenplay.”

They expressed their commitment to the project, assuring fans that their release schedule remains unchanged. “We have dedicated ourselves to creating this film, and we are excited to invite everyone to theaters on June 5 for a delightful experience,” the statement concluded with a warm invitation: “SEE YOU AT THE MOVIES.”

This clarification comes at a pivotal moment, as the movie’s premiere approaches. Due to the ongoing legal issues, there has been considerable chatter in the industry about potential repercussions for upcoming releases linked to the studio, particularly Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai. However, this recent communication seems to aim at calming any uncertainties and reassuring audiences and distributors.

Directed by David Dhawan, known for his comedic touch, the film stars Varun Dhawan alongside popular actors Mrunal Thakur and Pooja Hegde. The supporting lineup includes well-known names like Manish Paul, Chunky Pandey, Jimmy Shergill, and Mouni Roy. Produced by Ramesh Taurani under the Tips Films label and co-produced by Gaurav Bose of Maximilian Films, this movie is generating excitement.
