Ranbir Kapoor Invests in Land in Ayodhya
Ranbir Kapoor has made a notable investment by purchasing a piece of land in Ayodhya, a city currently experiencing rapid cultural and developmental growth. The actor acquired the land at The Sarayu, a large plotted development by House of Abhinandan Lodha.
This transaction is valued at about ₹3.31 crores for an area of 2,134 square feet. The Sarayu project spans 75 acres, situated near the banks of the Sarayu river. It aims to be a premium lifestyle spot featuring a clubhouse, hospitality amenities, recreational facilities, and a luxury hotel managed by The Leela.
Discussing the investment, Ranbir expressed his belief that Ayodhya has called to him, remarking that the city holds significant historical and cultural value. He shared that this land will play a vital role in his family’s legacy. He appreciated House of Abhinandan Lodha for making the acquisition process smooth and transparent through their digital platform.
