Adani Green Energy to Challenge SEC Lawsuit

On April 8, Adani Green Energy announced that Gautam Adani and his nephew, Sagar Adani, intend to request the dismissal of a civil suit. This lawsuit was filed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in a New York court. The Adani family argues that the court does not have the proper jurisdiction to handle the case and plans to take action before the April 30 deadline.
