Actor and producer Sohail Khan has reportedly sold a commercial office space in Andheri West for ₹5.90 crores, as per property registration documents reviewed by real estate analytics firm Liases Foras. This sale is part of a recent trend of real estate transactions involving Salman Khan’s family.
The office unit, located in the Arc One building on Link Road, covers an area of 1,559 square feet and comes with three designated parking spaces. The buyer has been identified as Bilkish Associates Private Limited, a company that offers debt resolution and credit services to banking and financial institutions.
The transaction was finalized on March 27, 2026, with a stamp duty of ₹35.40 lakhs and a registration fee of ₹30,000.
This sale follows another property deal in the Khan family, where Sohail’s sister, Arpita Khan Sharma, sold a luxury apartment in Khar for ₹22 crores in October 2025. The apartment, situated in the Flying Carpet building, spans approximately 2,500 square feet and features an extensive terrace of about 1,600 square feet. It also included nine parking spaces and was purchased by Shivaya Cinewise Private Limited. Notably, Arpita had bought this apartment in 2017 for ₹18 crores.
These developments illustrate the Khan family’s ongoing activity in the real estate market.
