The information comes from property registration documents accessed by real estate analytics firm, CRE Matrix. The bungalow, part of the Belscot Co-operative Housing Society at Old Lokhandwala Complex, is expected to be utilized for activities related to education by the new tenant.
The monthly rent for this property starts at Rs 6.5 lakh during the initial phase of the lease. The agreement includes a three-year lock-in period, after which the rent will increase by 5% each year beginning in the third year. The tenant has also provided a security deposit of Rs 20 lakh as part of the leasing process.
Both the commencement of the lease and rent are set to start on May 1, 2026.
The bungalow spans approximately 4,500 square feet and has been leased at a price of Rs 144.44 per square foot. Located in the bustling Old Lokhandwala Complex, this area has seen a rise in rental agreements for institutional and activity-based purposes in recent years.
