Insight Partners Drives ScaleOps’ $130M Series C to Tame Cloud Turmoil — TFN

As businesses increasingly adopt artificial intelligence, the need for cloud and AI infrastructure has seen an impressive rise, with demand reportedly tripling year-over-year by 2026. However, many companies still depend on outdated manual tools that struggle with the demands of dynamic workloads. This reliance often results in resources being misallocated, soaring cloud expenses, missed service level objectives (SLOs), and engineers spending more time on maintenance rather than innovation.

In this fast-evolving landscape, New York-based ScaleOps has secured $130 million in a Series C funding round, pushing its valuation above $800 million. The round was led by Insight Partners, with contributions from Lightspeed Venture Partners, NFX, Glilot Capital Partners, and Picture Capital. With this funding, ScaleOps has raised over $210 million in total.

The company plans to use these funds to enhance its offerings in autonomous AI and cloud infrastructure management, expand its global footprint, and strengthen its engineering and marketing teams.

Founded in 2022 by Yodar Shafrir, ScaleOps provides a self-managed platform for real-time oversight of cloud-native environments, encompassing GPU and computing resources. The platform smartly monitors workloads, allocates resources based on context, and applies necessary adjustments according to company policies—allowing AI models and applications to receive exactly what they need without manual intervention.

Shafrir believes that “static allocation and manual tuning simply can’t keep up with today’s fast-paced production environments. We created ScaleOps to address this issue, establishing a new category of autonomous infrastructure management that enables AI and cloud applications to reach their full potential.”

In the competitive domain of autonomous cloud and AI resource management, ScaleOps stands out against competitors like Run:ai (now part of Nvidia), KubeCost, and StormForge.

As of 2026, ScaleOps successfully supports critical environments for industry giants such as Adobe, Wiz, DocuSign, Coupa, and various Fortune 500 companies. The company has reported a staggering 350% growth year-over-year, with its workforce tripling in the last year and plans to triple again by the end of this year, while also offering support for cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped setups.
