China Denounces Israeli Air Strike on Iranian Official

BEIJING: On Thursday, China expressed strong disapproval of the recent Israeli air strike that resulted in the death of Iranian national security chief Ali Larijani. A spokesperson for China’s foreign ministry, Lin Jian, labeled the attack as “unacceptable.”

During a press briefing, Lin emphasized, “We have always opposed the use of force in international relations. Targeting Iranian state leaders and hitting civilian areas is particularly unacceptable.”

The incident has sparked significant tensions, highlighting the ongoing conflicts in the region.
