Tiger Shroff’s Brand Prowl Secures ₹4 Crores in Funding

Tiger Shroff’s active-lifestyle brand, Prowl, has successfully raised ₹4 crores in a Pre-Series A funding round, with Resolute Ventures leading the investment. This financial boost comes just months after Prowl’s relaunch in June 2025 and its move into the men’s grooming market.

Since shifting its focus to grooming products six months ago, Prowl has made significant strides in e-commerce. The brand is now featured on platforms like Amazon, Myntra, and Flipkart, and also engages with quick-commerce services. Prowl’s product lineup includes face wash, sunscreen, lip balm, body lotion, body wash, and roll-ons, all of which have gained strong repeat purchase rates from customers.

The newly raised funds will help Prowl broaden its product offerings and enhance its distribution network. Plans are in place to introduce new science-based formulations, beginning with three serums that will launch shortly. Additionally, Prowl aims to create a wider variety of everyday grooming products for men.

These funds will also facilitate Prowl’s expansion efforts into Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, enhancing delivery times with same-day and next-day options.

Tiger Shroff shared his thoughts on the funding, stating, “Prowl is more than just a brand; it reflects my philosophy of discipline and simplicity. I’ve been closely involved in product development because I wanted solutions that truly cater to Indian skin without unnecessary complexity. This investment from Resolute Ventures backs our mission to make effective grooming accessible for every man, whether in cities or rural areas.”

Shriyhas Jichkar, CEO of Prowl, highlighted that the initial months of exploring product-market fit served as a valuable test. “The early phase revealed that Indian men seek straightforward routines. With this funding, we’re excited to accelerate our innovation efforts,” he noted.

Prowl’s growth strategy is bolstered by Lap Ventures, which oversees its marketing and distribution partnerships as the brand continues to thrive in the Indian grooming sector.
