H2O.ai and Certis Group Join Forces to Enhance AI Integration

Singapore – H2O.ai, a leader in predictive and sovereign AI, has announced a partnership with Certis Group, Singapore’s top provider of advanced integrated solutions. The two companies recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at accelerating the use of artificial intelligence (AI) within Certis, particularly in operational settings.

The agreement was marked by a ceremony attended by prominent executives, including H2O.ai’s Founder and CEO, Sri Ambati, and Certis President and Group CEO, Ng Tian Beng. This collaboration is a significant step forward in both companies’ journeys towards AI transformation. By combining H2O.ai’s powerful AI platform with Certis’ Mozart AI orchestration, they plan to enhance real-time monitoring, risk management, and operational planning across various sectors, such as urban security and critical infrastructure.

Sri Ambati expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “Joining forces with Certis allows us to make AI more accessible and responsible, addressing real-world challenges in security and sustainability.”

Ng Tian Beng highlighted the importance of this collaboration, remarking, “In our field, decisions can have significant impacts on safety and public trust. As we expand our AI initiatives, it’s essential to standardize and govern AI effectively. This partnership will enhance our capacity to achieve this goal.”

The MOU outlines several joint initiatives, including:

  • Developing AI models for better coordination, prediction, and decision-making in security and operations.
  • Implementing AI-driven systems such as robotics and predictive tools in real-life scenarios.
  • Promoting AI education and ethical practices through workshops aimed at improving workforce skills.

This partnership supports the vision of Singapore’s Smart Nation initiative, which seeks to build robust AI systems and democratize access to technology. Certis has also garnered recognition recently, with its leaders being named among the top global AI influencers.

As both companies embark on this venture, their joint efforts are set to strengthen the foundations of AI in Singapore and improve operational efficiencies across numerous sectors.
