In his address, Trump stated, “Today, after 12 months back in the White House, our economy is booming. Growth is soaring, productivity is increasing, investments are high, and incomes are up. We have tackled inflation successfully. The United States is experiencing the fastest economic turnaround in our history.”
He also took aim at his predecessor, President Joe Biden, suggesting that under Biden’s leadership, the country faced severe challenges, including high inflation and low growth. Trump asserted that his policies had led to significant improvements.

During his speech, Trump highlighted that the stock market reached record highs 52 times since his election. He declared, “We went from being a troubled nation to being the most dynamic country in the world. Our economy is on track to grow faster than forecasts, and I believe we can achieve even more.”
He referred to the US as the “economic engine of the planet,” noting that when America’s economy thrives, it positively impacts the global economy.
Trump also commented on the changes he sees in parts of Europe, mentioning that some areas have become so different that they are hardly recognizable. He expressed concern about Europe’s current path, which he attributes to a focus on green energy policies and issues related to migration. “I want Europe to succeed, but it seems headed in the wrong direction,” he remarked.
