Nobilis Group Announces New Executive Leadership Appointments
Nobilis Group, Inc., a well-regarded provider of vehicle protection programs and services, has made some notable promotions and hires in its executive team. Stan Starnes has been promoted to President, while Jeff Beaver steps up to the role of Chief Administrative Officer. The company has also welcomed Rushi Modha as the new Chief Operating Officer. Troy Good, the founder of Nobilis, remains at the helm as Chief Executive Officer.

Stan Starnes has been with Nobilis since 2008, initially serving as Executive Vice President and then as COO starting in 2015. He has played a key role in the company’s growth through strategic partnerships and new accounts. In his new position, Starnes will focus on enhancing sales, developing new business, and maintaining strong relationships with key partners.
Jeff Beaver joined Nobilis in 2015 as Senior VP of Marketing and was elevated to Chief Marketing Officer in 2019. He has overseen the company’s rebranding from Dent Zone to Nobilis Group, in addition to leading various product initiatives including the introduction of NanoCure Protective Coatings. Beaver will continue to manage new product launches while also taking on responsibilities for claims management and partner relations.
Rushi Modha, the new COO, brings over 23 years of leadership experience. He will oversee all business operations at Nobilis. Modha has a strong background in the warranty industry, having worked with major clients during his time at PwC. He also led finance departments at AIG and later at Smart AutoCare, where he climbed from Senior VP of Finance to President.
