Hrithik Roshan Invests Rs 28 Crore in Premium Commercial Property
Actor Hrithik Roshan has made a significant investment of Rs 28 crore in a high-end commercial building called Yura, located in Juhu. This project is developed by Pecan and Transcon and is recognized as a Grade A office complex.
Roshan has acquired about 7,000 square feet spread over two floors in Wing C of the complex, through his companies, HRX Digitech LLP and Filmkunj (Bombay) LLP. The building features a unique design focused on the “one floor per family” concept across its four stories.
Yura has quickly become a popular choice for businesses in Juhu, especially for locals seeking modern office spaces close to home. Industry insiders highlight that its location is ideally situated between Hrithik Roshan’s residence and that of his father, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, making it convenient for their professional needs.
Nestled near Juhu Circle, Yura offers a mix of office spaces and retail outlets, along with cozy spots for cafés and restaurants, creating a lively work-and-leisure environment. The development also prioritizes strong connectivity, with access to three metro lines—Line 1, Line 2A, and the upcoming Line 2B—as well as easy routes to the new coastal road sea-link and the Western Express Highway. This ensures smooth transportation for both tenants and visitors.
With this investment, Hrithik Roshan continues to make thoughtful moves in the real estate sector, reflecting his growing portfolio and commitment to establishing a strong business presence in his community.
