Ivanka Trump Enjoys Paddleboarding Workout in Florida

Ivanka Trump, the daughter of former President Donald Trump, is embracing an active lifestyle and recently took to paddleboarding in Florida for her workout. The 44-year-old mother of three has shared her fitness journey, which includes resistance training, racquet sports, and jiu-jitsu for the whole family.

Spotted on November 15, Ivanka was seen paddleboarding in a sleek black athletic mini-dress, complete with a matching visor and sunglasses. Her commitment to staying fit has been evident in her Instagram posts, where she has previously shared her workout routines that blend cardio, yoga, and Pilates.

In one of her posts, Ivanka explained her shift in focus since relocating to Miami. “I’ve transitioned to weightlifting and resistance training,” she said, highlighting how it has helped her build muscle and improve her body composition.

Fitness expert Kollins Ezekh, a personal trainer based in Los Angeles, spoke about the benefits of paddleboarding. He noted that it engages various muscles, particularly the core and lats, as each paddle pull acts like a controlled lat pull. He also emphasized that the activity strengthens the lower body as it requires balance, activating glutes and hips.

Rachel Williamson, a physical therapist and paddleboarding enthusiast, pointed out that the sport can significantly improve balance, which often declines with age. “It forces you to use stabilizer muscles that aren’t engaged in daily routines,” she said, adding that this helps prevent falls as we grow older.

Moreover, paddleboarding is a great way to challenge both the body and mind. “By integrating physical and mental tasks, it promotes brain health and critical thinking,” Williamson stated. She emphasized the importance of keeping our brains engaged to avoid cognitive decline over time.

Ezekh advised beginners to focus on technique rather than strength, suggesting they start on calm waters and wear life jackets, particularly if they feel nervous. Regular paddleboarding can lead to noticeable improvements in core strength, posture, and overall balance, with even a weekly session making a difference.

This activity caters to all ages and fitness levels, allowing everyone to find their own pace, whether they want a relaxing experience or a more intense workout.

As Ivanka continues her fitness journey, paddleboarding remains a key component of her active lifestyle, proving to be enjoyable and beneficial for both body and mind.
