PU Organizes National Technology Transfer Exhibition

Chandigarh: Panjab University (PU) will host the National Transfer of Technology Exhibition from November 14 to 17 at the Parade Ground in Sector 17. This event will unite various academic institutions, including prominent universities like IIT Kanpur, Delhi Technological University, and IISER Mohali.

The exhibition aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry by encouraging the transfer of technology. It also seeks to promote consultancy projects, foster collaborations, and support startups that emerge from academic patents. Organizers expect around 10,000 industry representatives to attend, with over 200 industry stalls and around 30 displays from academic institutions.

Innovations will be showcased across a range of sectors, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, information technology, agriculture, and nanotechnology. Additionally, there will be sessions for dialogue between industry and academia, aimed at identifying challenges and researching possible solutions.

Academic institutions, research organizations, and startups interested in exhibiting their technologies and networking with industry leaders can still register for stalls. The event is organized in partnership with Fortune Exhibitors, alongside Machma Expo 2025.
