Hospital Food: Is It Really Healthy?

Hello from Frankfurt! If you think that hospital food is always healthy, you might want to reconsider.

Recently, when a family member was in the hospital in Austria, I was surprised by the menu. It featured classic dishes you’d find in a cozy Viennese bistro, like sausage salad, roast pork, and even apple strudel as a main dish.
