The sequel to the popular 2005 comedy, No Entry, is finally making progress. The new film, titled No Entry 2, is aiming for a release around Christmas 2026, according to entertainment journalist Rahul Raut.
Raut shared details about the film on X (formerly Twitter), stating, “No Entry 2 is eyeing a Christmas 2026 release. Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor are leading the cast, while the search continues for a third hero after Diljit Dosanjh had to step back due to scheduling conflicts. All three male leads will be playing double roles in this film directed by Anees Bazmee!”
Diljit Dosanjh Exits Due to Schedule Conflicts
Originally, Diljit Dosanjh was set to star alongside Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor, but he is no longer involved with the project. His departure raised online speculation, with rumors suggesting possible creative differences. However, producer Boney Kapoor clarified the situation, emphasizing that Diljit left due to scheduling issues. “Yes, we have parted on good terms; the dates just didn’t align with our needs. We hope to collaborate on a Punjabi film soon,” Kapoor stated.
Currently, Dosanjh is busy with multiple commitments, including his Aura Tour in Australia and New Zealand from October 26 to November 13, 2025, in addition to other film projects. This makes it impossible for him to fit No Entry 2 into his schedule.
With these developments, fans are eagerly anticipating more details about the film as it approaches its potential release date.
