Astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla Returns to India after Axiom 4 Mission
Astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla has landed back in India following his groundbreaking journey to the International Space Station (ISS) on the Axiom 4 mission. He touched down on July 15 and spent a few weeks in Houston getting used to gravity again and meeting with the teams from Axiom Space, SpaceX, and NASA. During his 18 days at the ISS, Shukla accomplished significant scientific work.
Today, he is scheduled to meet with Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his residence.
In other news, parliamentary sessions resumed today after a five-day break. Opposition parties continue to raise concerns and protest over the recent changes to the electoral rolls in Bihar.
On the international front, people are closely watching the upcoming meeting between US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
