Vasion Expands Its Reach with New Product Upgrades and Frankfurt Office

St. George, Utah – July 3, 2025
Vasion, a digital transformation company based in St. George, is stepping into a new phase of growth through significant updates to its products and strategic investments aimed at enhancing its global presence. The company’s latest product launch in June 2025 introduced improvements focusing on three main areas: security, simplicity, and sustainability, along with enhanced AI capabilities and the opening of a new office in Frankfurt.

Corey Ercanbrack, Vasion’s Chief Product & Technology Officer, shared, “We are just scratching the surface of what AI can achieve in this field. Our main goal is to make processes simpler, safer, and more efficient for our customers.”

Enhanced Security Features
Security is a top priority for Vasion, especially with the recent product updates focusing on industries that require strict regulations, such as healthcare and finance. One of the key features introduced is Delegated Release, allowing authorized individuals to securely release print jobs for others. This feature ensures that credentials are not shared, while also maintaining complete audit trails.

Additionally, Vasion has received the Department of Defense Provisional Authorization (DoD PA) and is working towards FedRAMP High certification to meet high federal security standards. Ercanbrack emphasized, “These improvements allow organizations to work confidently in even the most sensitive settings.”

AI-Powered Automation
The June updates align with Vasion’s goal to simplify IT management using AI. The company introduced Vasion Automate, a document interrogation tool in beta, which enables users to manage print jobs and configuration settings through natural language commands, reducing the need for manual processes.

This AI-driven engine, built on technologies like Amazon Bedrock and Rekognition, enhances how documents are processed and organized. Ercanbrack remarked, “By automating routine tasks, we allow IT teams to concentrate on more strategic work.”

Simplified Integration
To make transitioning from older systems easier, Vasion launched the Quick Config utility, helping enterprises manage significant changes swiftly. With native SAP integration, critical print jobs can now be routed in real-time, enabling instant feedback on job status within the SAP system. Ercanbrack noted, “SAP is widely used in enterprises, and our connectors streamline the printing process effectively.”

Commitment to Sustainability
Alongside workflow improvements, Vasion introduced a sustainability beta program that lets users offset their environmental impact through certified reforestation projects. Ercanbrack stated, “We believe that environmental goals should be an integral part of the product experience. This initiative allows companies to print with purpose.”

Real-Time Management Tools
The newly upgraded Output Console gives businesses a live overview of all print activity. Users can manage their print jobs from a single dashboard, including filtering, rerouting, restarting, or canceling jobs. The latest updates also broaden compatibility with multiple platforms and devices, enhancing IT teams’ capabilities in various technical environments.

Global Presence and Training Initiatives
With the opening of its Frankfurt office in June, Vasion aims to engage more directly with customers and provide hands-on training. Ercanbrack mentioned, “We’ve already hosted partners for extended training sessions. The office promotes collaboration and interaction.”

In addition to expanding its global reach, Vasion is working with Utah Tech University to support budding engineers through a new certificate program. Ercanbrack explained, “We recently had about 50 students visit. They met our engineers and got a glimpse of the innovative work happening here.”

Looking Forward
Vasion is set to unveil its next major update in October 2025. Ercanbrack hinted that AI will continue to play a crucial role in future developments, underscoring the company’s commitment to easing workflows while staying ahead of emerging trends. “Our aim is to empower customers to work more efficiently—faster, safer, and smarter,” he concluded.
