The actor has acquired a luxurious apartment in Versova for an impressive sum of Rs 5.63 crores. The details come from property documents examined by real estate site Square Yards.
This new apartment is situated on the 8th floor of a building named Bianca CHS and covers a built-up area of 1,530 square feet. The registration of this transaction occurred on June 10, 2025, which included a stamp duty of Rs 33.78 lakhs alongside a registration fee of Rs 30,000. At this moment, Randeep has not publicly discussed the details of the purchase.

On the work front, the 48-year-old actor was last seen as the villain in Sunny Deol’s film “Jaat.” Although there are no announcements about future projects, Randeep seems to be taking some time off to focus on environmental causes.
Earlier this month, in honor of World Environment Day, Randeep and his wife, Lin Laishram, planted over 500 trees in the vicinity of Kanha. Sharing this heartfelt experience on Instagram, he wrote: “Forests are the lungs of our planet. They not only support wildlife but also sustain us. Every time I walk through Kanha’s wild paths, I realize that we need nature more than it needs us. Planting a tree may appear to be a small gesture, but it has a significant impact. It is a step towards balance and a way to give back to the Earth that gives us so much.”
