Aamir Khan’s eagerly awaited film, Sitaare Zameen Par, has received the green light from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), allowing it to hit theaters on June 20. Initially, the release faced some delays as the CBFC requested a few cuts, which Aamir and director R.S. Prasanna disagreed with. However, it seems that both parties have reached an agreement, and the film is now set for its scheduled premiere.

In addition to Aamir Khan and Genelia Deshmukh, the film features ten newcomers, including Aroush Datta, Gopi Krishna Varma, and Samvit Desai, among others. Sitaare Zameen Par is produced under Aamir Khan Productions, with music by the well-known trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya. The screenplay is crafted by Divy Nidhi Sharma, with Aamir Khan and Aparna Purohit holding the production reins alongside B. Shrinivas Rao and Ravi Bhagchandka.

Excitement is building for the film, especially with a star-studded premiere planned for June 19, where prominent figures like Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan are expected to show their support for Aamir.

Fans can look forward to experiencing this emotional journey when Sitaare Zameen Par arrives in theaters soon.
