French Open 2025, Day 7 Matchup Preview: Jannik Sinner, Coco Gauff, and Novak Djokovic Chase Round 4 Spots

Exciting Matches Set for Day 7 of the French Open

This Saturday, the French Open will feature some of the biggest names in tennis as they take to the courts for third-round matches.

World No. 1 Jannik Sinner, fresh off a decisive win against tennis veteran Richard Gasquet, is ready to face Jiri Lehechka from the Czech Republic. Meanwhile, young star Coco Gauff will return to the iconic Centre Court to compete against another Czech player, Marie Bouzkova.

Seven-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic, who is in pursuit of his 25th Grand Slam singles title, will take on Austria’s Filip Misolic. Third seeds Jessica Pegula and Alexander Zverev will compete against Wimbledon champion Marketa Vondrousova and Italy’s Flavio Cobolli, respectively.

The Day 7 line-up will also showcase rising talent Mirra Andreeva against Yulia Putintseva, and a much-anticipated match between Daria Kasatkina and Paula Badosa. Other players like Madison Keys, Jack Draper, and Andrey Rublev will also be in action.

In men’s doubles, India’s N. Sriram Balaji will join forces with Miguel Ángel Reyes-Varela to face the Italian team of Simone Bolelli and Andrea Vavassori in the second round.
