In a recent episode of Washington Watch, the U.S. Supreme Court listened to important arguments regarding President Donald Trump’s executive order. This order aims to revoke birthright citizenship for children born in the U.S. to parents who are in the country illegally or on a temporary basis. NDTV’s Allister D’Souza reached out to Rupa Bhattacharyya, the Legal Director at the Institute for Constitutional Advocacy & Protection (ICAP) at Georgetown Law Center, for insights on the matter.
